What is your MOQ for aluminum collapsible packaging tubes?
Can we get samples of your aluminum tubes? Are samples free?
1. We are happy to provide free standard samples from our inventory at any time (shipping costs will be borne by you).
2. Customized samples (with your design printed) require mold fees and take approximately 7 days to produce.

What is your production lead time?
Our company is launching several new products and considering aluminum collapsible tubes. This is our first time working with aluminum tubes-what is the ordering process if we proceed with your company?
The process would be as follows:
1. Quotation - We will provide pricing based on your tube specifications (e.g., diameter, length/volume, and cap type). If you're unsure about sizing, you may refer to the Volume Chart we provide or contact us.
2. Free Samples - We'll send standard samples for your evaluation, including inner lacquer stability testing.
3. Custom Samples - Upon receiving your design, we'll produce customized samples for approval.
4. Production - Once samples are approved, we'll initiate the formal cooperation process.
What are your payment terms?
What is the diameter range for your aluminum tubes?
Our standard diameter range is 11 mm to 35 mm. Custom sizes outside this range may also be available upon request.
